Urano outdoor flush ceiling light Ø 12 cm Ideal Lux

Direct light for outdoor spaces

The Ideal Lux Urano flush ceiling light is a compact solution for ceiling or wall lighting outdoors. With a diameter of 12 cm and a height of 7.5 cm, it suits situations where you need a low-profile fitting that complements the architecture without making surfaces look heavy.

The matt anthracite finish gives the product a sober, contemporary appearance. The transparent satin-finished diffuser keeps its visual presence discreet, while the direct light guides illumination towards the area being lit. IP44 protection allows this flush ceiling light to be used outdoors in settings suited to the fitting’s protection level, such as entrances, covered passageways, porches and sheltered walls.

Urano PL1 Small has a GX53 socket for a bulb rated up to 15 W. The bulb is not included, so you can choose a compatible bulb according to your lighting needs. The flush ceiling light is not dimmable and operates on a 220-240 V AC power supply.

Its compact proportions make it easy to fit into small spaces or arrangements with several light points. You can install it near an entrance, along an outdoor pathway or in a utility area where direct light and a compact fitting are needed. The modern character and anthracite finish pair with façades, walls and structures in neutral tones for a tidy, coherent look.

Usage advice

It mounts flush to the ceiling and works well in rooms with low ceilings or wherever you need diffused light without taking up space. With IP44 protection, it suits humid rooms such as bathrooms and sheltered outdoor areas, away from direct water jets. Fit a bulb with a GX53 socket, up to 15 W: an LED bulb gives good performance while using little energy. Bulbs are not included and must be purchased separately. It is not dimmable: the brightness depends on the bulbs fitted. Before installation, switch off the power supply; if you are unsure about the connection, ask an electrician to carry it out.

Cleaning and maintenance

Before cleaning, switch off the lamp, isolate the electrical supply and allow the surfaces to cool. Dust the metal with a dry cloth; avoid acidic or abrasive products that could damage the finish. To change a bulb, wait until it has cooled and do not exceed the maximum wattage shown on the label.
